Stores lined with shelves of colorful school supplies, freshly waxed hallway floors, and laminated name tags decorating lockers and desks can only mean one thing. It’s back to school time! If you are a K-12 educator in a public or parochial school, you are invited to be part of our first Teacher Store community event of the school year!

Kick off the 2024-2025 school year on the morning of Saturday, August 17, with Restock & Refuel, sponsored by ImOn Communications. You will receive Teacher Bucks just for attending. Use those Teacher Bucks and any additional bucks you have“brewed” up to shop our mobile store for back-to-school supplies you still need for your classroom or school. What goes “espressoly” well with back-to-school shopping? Coffee! Rural Revival will have their coffee truck set up for one free drink per educator to enjoy. Rural Revival is owned and operated by three former teachers! A mobile shop with school supplies AND a truck with coffee, what “mocha” you ask for?

ImOn Communications and Corda Credit Union will have tables set up so you can learn about all their “perks.” There will also be donuts to enjoy with your complimentary drink.

This is a private event, so you must pre-register to attend by choosing one of the four time slots (8:00-8:45am, 8:45-9:30am, 9:30-10:15am, and 10:15-11:00am). Please plan to attend only during your reserved time slot and bring your educator badge to check-in. There are a limited number of tickets available, and unfortunately there will not be room for extra attendees (children, significant others, furry friends) so please plan accordingly.

The event will be held at the Corda Credit Union branch on Edgewood Road, 3700 Edgewood Road SW Cedar Rapids. Business will be taking place as usual, so we ask that you respect parking that is reserved for members. There are additional parking options located next to the branch in Lebeda, the retail shopping center at 3620 Edgewood Road, and Target. We encourage use of these parking lots as much as possible.
